Sometimes, you find a really good blog post that actually helps
Found an interesting blog post that I find it useful.
From Blogging For New Bloggers, they posted a topic that I was curious and browsing around on the internet; which was organic traffic.
Yes, there are many articles and guides out there about organic traffic and the long-tail keywords.
I know the benefits of long-tail keywords and it's advantanges.
One of my blogs with long-tail keywords worked superbly well until this day.
It just happens this blog post made me learn something new and it's worth sharing.
I would recommend read the full version directly on their site, link:
How to drive organic traffic to your blog by targeting long-tail keywords
P.S, I don't like the blue colored link so I just changed quickly to plain dark grey for my personal comfort ok?

The Jizz of it
The summary of this blog post, one thingI learn, I can take advantage on unique keywords and flip it around the words but still with search queries.
So using the example from the blog post, the "Blue Apron Reviews" has 3,500 searches per month right?
And we all know the 'review' keyword is over popularly used by bloggers and affiliate marketers, It's good strategy, but annoying for smaller goldfish like myself.
So, what could help to join in the competition?
By using the keyword 'worth it' instead of 'review'
Using the Blue Apron example again, I could use the "is blue apron worth it" to start a new post. Has 450 searches per month.
Come on, thats a good start for a any new bloggers!
My personal example, instead competing for the keyword 'Toyota Prius Review', I could use my better time to create a blog post for the keyword 'is Toyota Prius Worth It' instead.
Why? The Review keyword for the Toyota is dominated by top automotive news channels while the worth it keyword is dominated by smaller bloggers. I'm better off fighting in the smaller pond than in the river.
Because as a goldfish, I survive better in a pond among other goldfish and Kois instead being bitten and bullied by those Latin America Cichlid in Amazon River.
In case people wonder why do I speak fish? I do have an aquarium blog.
Just going to park the link here,
Anyways
Have a good read on that blog post as I did test it out for an upcoming blog I want to make and I found 1 awesome long-tail keyword that I'm going to use and yes, it is the 'worth it' keyword. Has potential reach too.
Since I learn something new out of it, I shall write it here as my personal journey.
Love it! and thank you Blogging For New Bloggers for sharing
